My 3BHK upgrade: Is the Hyderabad premium justified?
Been looking for 6 months now, currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa. Already have a home loan, so ROI is crucial. Everyone glorifies fancy amenities like clubhouses at places like Sattva Lake Ridge, but nobody talks about the actual utility infrastructure until it's too late. I'm honestly not sure if it's worth paying a premium for amenities when basics aren't guaranteed. Okay, I'll say what no one says: I think these grand projects often skimp on essential stuff like reliable water supply and tank capacity. Is it just me, or do we end up tanker-dependent within a year? That just kills tenant attraction and resale value, not to mention maintenance costs. Fancy pools don't pay EMIs when tenants complain about water issues. Should I focus more on the builder's track record for functional utilities rather than brochure fluff? Disagree? Tell me why.
