₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Deepak Green Residency feels like a big step. My main concern is the kids' safety aur daily life amenities. I'm seeing many projects show a 'children's play area' in brochures, but on site, it's just a small patch. How to check if it's actually usable, safe for children, and well-maintained? Also, power backup ka reality kya hai? Full flat backup milta hai ya sirf common areas? Builder claims bahut kuch karte hain, but actual residents ka experience kya hai? Koi tips to spot these things during a site visit?
