4 site visits, 2 projects, still not convinced about Rajkot ki construction quality. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein kuch under-construction units dekhe. Deewaron mein uneven plaster, wiring bhi messy lag rahi thi. Builder promises bohot karte hain, but actual work mein kitna compromise hota hai? My wife says kids ke liye safety sabse pehle. Log bolte hain final product dekho, par I think you *must* check during construction. Warna baad mein seepage aur cracks aate hain. Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, totally relate! Main bhi Rajkot mein ek property dekh raha tha pichle mahine, Krishna Kunj ke paas. Builders sab smooth talkers hain but site visit pe asliyat pata chalti hai. Ansal Aastha ka naam suna hai but haven't visited. Aapne jo issues bataye, sounds familiar. Kya aapne aur koi project dekha wahan?
