My personal experience with DLF for another project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) was quite bad. They promised possession in 2020, but it finally came in mid-2022. Woh do saal ka rent aur EMI ka double burden, I tell you, it was insane! Mera ROI calculation toh poora bigad gaya tha. Investors ko toh sabse zyada nuksaan hota hai aise delays se.

Bhai, totally feel you! Yeh ₹7.4 Cr ka investment hai, koi chhota-mota amount nahi. Builder ka track record dekh ke toh darr lagta hi hai. Meri bhi yahi tension hai ki capital appreciation ka kya hoga agar project late ho gaya. Kahi poora plan hi na bigad jaye.
Haan, aise bade projects mein delays common hain DLF ke saath. But, in this case, DLF Privana ka RERA number HARERA/GGM/772/504/2023/116 hai. Kisi ne RERA website pe timelines check kiye kya? Usme kya completion date dikha raha hai?
Sahi keh rahe ho yaar. Mere ek dost ka Basai mein ek project delay ho gaya tha, 2 saal tak possession nahi mila. Bahut frustration hoti hai.
