₹80 lakh diye Panchsheel Wellington mein, 4 mahine ho gaye shift hue. Okay, I'll say what no one says: most amenities are just for brochure. Swimming pool mein do baar gaya, ab kaun jaata hai? Kids play area ki condition average hai, aur society vibe bhi utni friendly nahi jitni socha tha. Neighbors bahut mix nahi hote. Daily convenience toh theek hai, par that 'premium living' feel miss ho raha hai. Is it just me, ya sabko aisa hi lagta hai? Change my mind.
