My Adani Oyster Greens reality check

Possession was in March for my flat in Adani Oyster Greens, Sohna. Honestly, things are feeling a bit different from what the brochure showed. The green areas, for instance, felt so much more open during site visits, but now with everything built up, it's feeling pretty cramped. Not sure if it’s just me, or if others feel the same about actual open space versus what was advertised. Then there's the clubhouse. Is it me or do these facilities often turn into 'ghost facilities' a few months in? Wondering if people actually use them daily, or if it's mostly for show. And the parking allocation… mine feels a bit tight, is it fair for everyone? What are your first-hand experiences on these points? Should I push these with the RWA?
