My Aims Golf Avenue Phase 3 experience: not what I expected
Okay I'll say what no one says about Aims Golf Avenue Phase 3. Just got possession in March, aur honestly, it's not all rainbows. Everyone glorifies the golf course view, but daily life comfort? Amenities like the gym and pool are there, but their actual utility aur maintenance quality... thoda doubt hai. Society ka vibe bhi itna friendly nahi laga abhi tak, sab apne mein busy hain. Is this project genuinely good to live in, or just good on paper? Change my mind.

Totally understand your frustration! Builder promises aur reality mein zameen asmaan ka fark hota hai. My friend had a similar issue with another project near Alpha II.
Haan bhai, exactly! Yehi sunke toh darr lagta hai. Hum bhi first time buyer hain, aur itna paisa daal ke aisi cheezein sunte hain toh tension hoti hai.
