Clubhouse facilities in Altus Ecoglades, ya kisi bhi project mein, kya sirf show-off ke liye hain? Just moved in last month, aur jo amenities brochure mein thi, unka actual use bohot kam hai. Investor perspective se soch raha hoon, kya yeh extra cost justify karta hai? Kya inko dekh kar koi tenant jyada rent dega, ya resale mein koi premium milega? Mujhe toh lagta hai maintenance charges badhane ka tareeka hai bas. Log bolte hain amenities se lifestyle upgrade hota hai, but honestly, kitne log daily gym ya pool use karte hain? Most of the time, they're ghost facilities, especially the sports ones. Change my mind, because I'm not seeing the ROI.
