Did a site visit to Altus Ecoglades last week and something about the parking allocation really stood out. They promise ample parking but the actual process seems unclear for residents. I work in real estate, so I know how developers often play games, but parking is a daily headache if not managed well. Are people actually getting dedicated spots or is it first-come, first-serve after possession? What about visitor parking provisions? My budget is tight, can't afford extra charges. Should I push for a specific spot in the agreement? Any tips on parking clauses?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Builders always over-promise on parking. Altus Ecoglades ka naam toh suna hai, but parking ka issue sunke darr lag raha hai. Kya wahan pe parking ke liye extra charges lagte hain ya maintenance mein cover hota hai? Mera bhi budget tight hai, ye extra kharcha toh bahut mushkil ho jayega.
Usually maintenance mein cover hota hai, but kuch societies separate charge karti hain. Pata karna padega.
