My AMR Dasna booking: hidden costs are a shocker

Did anyone else get hit with huge unexpected charges after booking with AMR Infrastructures Ltd in Dasna? I'm talking about like, PLC, IFMS, maintenance deposits... it's all adding up way beyond the property price I was quoted. They mentioned some charges, but these numbers are crazy. My 2BHK there was supposed to be ₹78L but I'm looking at an extra 10-12% easily. Honestly, I had no idea it would be this much beyond just stamp duty and registration. Is this normal for under-construction projects? Feeling a bit trapped now. What did you guys do to manage these extra costs, yaani, ab samajh nahi aa raha?
