Did a site visit to Amrapali Bollywood Towers last weekend. It's completed, ₹30-34L for a 2BHK. I'm looking for investment, currently in a 2BHK in GN, thinking of upgrading later. Iska capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? What's the real rental yield possible yahan, like kitna mil jaata hai per month? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, exit strategy mein koi issue toh nahi aayega? Any insights on investor vs end-user ratio?
