posted on 11 MayMy Amrapali Zodiac move-in: amenities are overrated for investors
Okay I'll say what no one says – just moved into Amrapali Zodiac last month, and honestly, these fancy amenities are mostly show-off. People pay premium for clubhouse, pool, gym, but kitne log use karte hain daily? My tenants don't care beyond basic parking and security. Maintenance charges are high for facilities that feel like ghost towns. Is it really adding to my rental yield or resale value? ROI pe impact ho raha hai, not boosting it. Change my mind.

Sahi keh rahe ho. I was considering Amrapali Zodiac for self-use only because of the amenities, but now I'm having second thoughts. Is it really a ghost town like OP says? That's a big turn-off for a first
Yaar, OP ki baat bilkul sahi hai. Amrapali Zodiac mein maintenance charges toh high hain, aur amenities ka use bhi hardly hota hai. As an investor, ye returns kha jaate hain, especially jab mera budget already tight hai.
