My Anant Raj project visit: Hidden costs shocker.

Been looking for 6 months now, and honestly, these hidden charges are making me crazy. Anant Raj Group project Dwarka mein, initial quote ₹2.5Cr tha. Ab itne extra costs bata rahe hain – PLC, parking, utility connection, maintenance deposit. Yeh sab add karke toh ROI ka calculation hi bigad jaata hai. Is this common in Delhi for investors? Kitna extra expect karna chahiye?
