My Ansal Aastha flat: New problems already?

Just got possession of my flat at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in March. Honestly, thodi tension ho rahi hai construction quality ko lekar. Abhi se chote-mote cracks dikhne lage hain kuch walls mein, aur bathroom fittings bhi thode loose lag rahe hain. I thought new construction hai toh sab sahi hoga, but it's barely a few months. Has anyone else faced these issues with Ansal Aastha or any other project in Rajkot? What's the scene with seepage, does it start after a year or two? Yaar, builders ke paas warranty hoti hai kya for these things? Should I raise a complaint right away, ya wait for it to get worse? Any tips on what to look out for in the first year? Don't want to regret it later.
