Totally agree yaar! Same struggle. Brokers just want to close the deal. I'm also looking at Ansal Aastha, but these rental figures are so confusing, makes me nervous.
Haan, aur jab property visit karte hain toh kuch aur dikhate hain, paper pe kuch aur. Krishna Kunj mein bhi yahi haal hai, sab brokers ka apna rate hai. Aur residents se baat karna bhi mushkil hai, guards allow nahi karte easily.
