Is stamp duty in Rajkot really non-negotiable, even on a bulk deal? I'm looking at a 3BHK in Ansal API, Krishna Kunj, around ₹90L. I work in real estate, so I know builders play games, but this 6% on top feels like a massive hit to my ROI. They're not budging at all, saying it's fixed government cost. What's the real story with this? Has anyone got a discount or found a workaround for the total acquisition cost?
