Okay I'll say what no one says – Ansal Valley View Estate ka clubhouse bas show-off hai, right? My kids deserve proper play areas, not just some fancy empty hall. Builder brochures mein toh sab amazing lagta hai, but delivery mein quality kidhar jaati hai? Construction mein bhi cracks dikh rahe hain already. Matlab, itna paisa deke bhi bas façade mila? Change my mind.

This isn't just about Ansal Valley View Estate, it's a pattern. My brother had a terrible experience with another Ansal project near Airport Road Gurgaon side. Possession delays, hidden charges, and then quality issues post-handover. Builders often cut corners once the sales target is met. Always check the RERA status and past project reviews thoroughly before committing. It's completed, but what about maintenance post-completion? That's where the real issues start.
The RERA point is crucial. Saves a lot of headaches later.
Exactly! The market conditions in Gurugram are so competitive, builders promise the moon. But then the hidden costs and poor quality construction hit you. I'm seeing this trend everywhere, not just Ansal.
Sahi keh rahe ho. My uncle bought a flat in a different project and the maintenance society is a mess. Usually, after completion, the RWA (Resident Welfare Association) takes over, but if the builder hasn't set up a proper fund or infrastructure, it becomes a huge headache.
Are you sure about the cracks? It's a completed project, right? Maybe it's just minor wear and tear. I'm looking at properties around Badshahpur and this one was on my list, but your post is making me reconsider.
Totally agree with you! My friend bought there and the promised amenities are a joke. Especially the kids' play area.
Bhai, this is common with many builders now. Brochures are pure fiction.
Haan yaar, I visited Ansal Valley View last year for a site visit. They showed us these grand plans, but the reality on ground was so different. The 'clubhouse' felt more like a community hall, not a proper amenity for kids. And the price range, ₹68 L – ₹3.2 Cr, for that kind of quality? It just doesn't feel like value for money, especially when you compare it to other projects coming up near Baharampur Naya.
