Also, parking allocation is a mess in many societies. Is it lottery-based for both, ya covered parking ka guarantee hai? Yeh sab choti cheezein baad mein headache deti hain. Hope someone can share their first-hand experience on these Antriksh projects, especially on the real price paid versus brochure price, investment potential, and parking scene.

Jab tak infrastructure pura develop nahi hota, tab tak investment returns mein time lagega. Golf City ka location theek hai, but Nature ka size zyada hone se maintenance bhi badhega. Dono mein se koi bhi guaranteed appreciation nahi dega, especially for first-time buyers like us jo budget pe hain.
Antriksh projects ki reputation toh waise bhi mixed hai. Mere ek dost ne Ajayabpur mein Antriksh ka ek plot liya tha, usko bhi bahut issues aaye paperwork mein. Lagta hai inka har project mein kuch na kuch locha rehta hi hai.
Antriksh Golf City ka possession mila kya sabko time pe? RERA status kya bolta hai?
Haan, possession ka toh always issue rehta hai. Mera ek friend Antriksh Grand City mein booking karwaya tha, usko toh 2 saal late mila possession. Builder ne bas date pe date di. Ye log RERA mein register toh karwa lete hain, but deadlines follow karna inke liye optional jaisa hai. Isliye, sirf RERA number dekh ke bharosa mat karna, site visit karo aur residents se baat karo. Tabhi asli picture samajh aayegi.
Bhai, Golf City ka official possession date toh Dec 2023 tha. RERA number UPRERAPRJ6994 hai, wahan check kar sakte ho. Mostly mil gaya hoga.
Bhai, totally relate! Ye brokers aur builders ka toh pura game hi yehi hai. Initial quote kuch aur, possession tak aate aate itna kuch add kar dete hain. Mera bhi same experience raha tha jab main Alpha 2 mein ek flat dekh raha tha. Antriksh Golf City ka sunke to aur darr lag raha hai.
