My Bangalore home hunt stress is real

Honestly, buying my first home in Bangalore is way more confusing than I thought. I'm eyeing Prestige City and Keya Life By The Lake for a 2BHK, budgeting around ₹1.2 Cr. My biggest worry is the actual possession experience. What surprises did you guys face during handover with either of these builders? Also, what's the word-of-mouth reputation for their post-possession support? Trying to avoid major headaches later.
