Did some online research for Meenakshi High Life Towers. I'm based in Dubai, and getting clear answers is tough. Brochure says 'full power backup', but is that really for the entire flat? And what about water supply, yaar? Reliable, or just tankers? Worried about long-term maintenance costs and keeping tenants happy if basic utilities aren't solid. Anyone faced this?
