My Bangalore property hunt has me confused

Visited Prestige City and Keya Life By The Lake last weekend. Prestige City ka carpet area thoda kam laga for the price, not sure if it's efficient. Keya Life mein ready-to-move hai, but investor ratio bahut zyada lag raha. Rental potential kiska better hoga? Ghost society ka darr lag raha hai kahin.

Yaar, same confusion! Prestige City ka location achha hai, but carpet area dekh ke laga ki price thoda high hai. Efficiency kaafi log bol rahe hain ki compromise kiya hai. Keya Life ready-to-move toh hai but high investor ratio ka darr mujhe bhi hai. Rental potential kiska better hoga, yehi samajh nahi aa raha.

Totally agree with you. Prestige ka brand hai, but space compromise kiya hai, especially for the price they are asking. Budget mein fit hona mushkil
