Budget finalised for an upgrade, but Bargainer Homes Ultra Luxury has me thinking. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, eyeing a 3BHK here. It's completed, which is good, but I'm trying to gauge the builder's delivery track record. Are there any hidden issues with their past projects? My main concern is long-term appreciation and liquidity. For a project this premium, is the secondary market active? What's the real exit strategy like in 5-7 years? Has anyone bought here and can share their experience?
