Is Bengaluru still a good investment for a first-time buyer like me, or has it peaked already? Fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Thinking of finally taking the plunge and buying a 2BHK around Whitefield. But market kaafi high lag raha hai, yaar. Should I wait for a correction ya phir abhi le lena chahiye? What's the real scene with appreciation in the next 3-5 years?

Totally agree with what you're feeling, bhai. My cousin bought a
