Yaar, Salarpuria Sattva is a big name, established 1986 in Bengaluru only. I've heard good things about them generally. Sterling Ascentia sounds like a great project. Legal due diligence is important, no doubt, but with such an old builder, chances are things are usually clear. What did you think of the amenities?
Totally agree, U1! Big builders often have their paperwork in order. I'm also looking at their projects.
