Negotiation on new projects in Bengaluru is mostly a facade, especially with builders like Keya Homes. They'll show you discounts, but then add PLC, floor rise. I'm checking Hebbagodi / Jigani corridor, and the all-in cost seems way higher than quoted. Kya actual mein 1-2% se zyaada negotiate ho paata hai? I'm in real estate, but for my own buy, it's frustrating. Any hidden charges I should absolutely watch out for at possession? Change my mind if you've had better luck.

Bhai, Keya Homes ka toh sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend almost booked with them near Sarjapur and faced similar issues with hidden costs. Did you check any other builders in Hebbagodi/Jig
Totally relate! Builders in Bengaluru make it sound like you can negotiate, but then it's just a shell game. PLC, floor rise, view charges... it all adds up. I'm also looking in Akshayanagar and it's the same story.
