My Bengaluru upgrade: Ongoing vs. ready confusion
Is upgrading from a 2BHK to a 3BHK in Bengaluru even making sense with these prices? Currently in a 2BHK in Marathahalli, and thinking of upgrading. Dekh raha hoon Srivari Skandha Amoris (ongoing) and Sri Akshaya Nidhi (completed). Amoris ka price tag toh kaafi high hai, around ₹1.6 Cr se upar, while Akshaya Nidhi is like ₹73-96 L. Already home loan chal raha hai, so ek aur EMI ka sochke darr lagta hai, matlab the jump is huge. Ongoing project mein possession delay ka risk rehta hai na? Is that premium for Amoris worth it for future appreciation, considering the long wait? Ya Akshaya Nidhi, being ready-to-move, better investment hai for quick rental income? What's the real total cost of ownership for both, including all those hidden charges like PLC? Any experiences with either builder's track record in Bengaluru, especially project delivery?
