My big upgrade: Prestige City reality check

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an upgrade from my 2BHK to a 3BHK or villa. Prestige City dekh raha hoon, price range ₹85L-₹2.5Cr. Brochure mein sab acha lagta hai. But actual ground reality kya hai? Is it genuinely good to live daily, ya sirf paper pe accha hai? Especially for families, schools aur daily convenience ka kya scene hai? Aur delivery ke time kya issues face kiye buyers ne? Sunna hai sometimes possession ke baad bhi kaam rehta hai. Any tips on checking actual site conditions pre-possession?
