Ghost societies are my biggest fear with these new projects. Sattva Lake Ridge dekh raha hu, but investor ratio ka tension hai. Agar end-users kam honge, society ka vibe kaisa hoga? Carpet area efficiency bhi important hai, kya actual mein usable space milega? Rental potential Hyderabad mein for this location, kya scene hai? Family ke liye sahi hoga ya sirf investors?

Yaar, this ghost society fear is so real! Sattva Lake Ridge looks good on paper, but 897 units... agar aadhe se zyada investors hi honge toh community ka kya hoga? Bilkul sahi pakda hai aapne, main bhi issi baat se pareshan hoon.
U2, yeh project Outer Ring Road ke kaafi close hai, but main road se thoda andar hai. Attapur se aage, Himayat Sagar ke side mein hai. Dekhne mein toh green lagta hai. But mere ek friend ne paas mein hi ek project mein invest kiya tha, aur uska experience investor
Exactly! Mujhe bhi investor ratio ka tension hai. Location kya hai iski exactly? Attapur ke paas hai ya thoda aur andar? Kya wahan aas-paas aur development ho raha hai?
