I'm seriously considering a 3BHK in Ansal Sushant City, Chandigarh, for my family. Looks decent, the location near Mohali/Zirakpur is good, and price point around ₹95L seems okay. But yaar, I'm hearing so much about Ansal API's post-booking customer support. Not sure if it's just selective complaints or a real issue. As a broker, I know the drill, but buying for myself, this worries me. Everyone glorifies pre-possession updates, but what about after booking? Do they just go silent? My biggest fear is getting stuck with no one to talk to for basic queries or payment clarifications. Is Ansal API really that bad with communication once they have your money? Or it's just a few bad experiences? Disagree? Tell me why.
