My broker experience in Gurgaon — is it just commission chasing?

Broker ki advice Gurgaon mein sabse biased hoti hai, change my mind. I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 15 to a 3BHK, maybe on Golf Course Extension Road. Har broker wahi project dikhata hai jahan unko max commission mile. Is it really better to go direct to builders like Clarion Properties or Emaar? Ya broker ke through better deal mil jaati hai? Kya koi actual discounts nikalwata hai?

Totally relate! Gurgaon mein toh lagta hai sab brokers same script padhte hain. Last month, I was looking for something in Badshahpur area, and har koi mujhe ek hi project push kar raha tha, naam nahi lunga but builder ka track record bahut shaky hai. I just walked away. How do we even find an honest one?
