₹2.5 Cr for a property, and the brochure says 'world-class amenities'. As a broker, I know what builders promise vs. what's delivered. For M3M Antalya Hills 3, I'm especially keen on actual usability. Is the clubhouse really active, ya phir bas show-piece hai? What about maintenance charges, are they justified for the service? Buying for myself feels so different; I'm looking for honest feedback on the ground reality. Any hacks for checking these things before possession?

Airport Road ke paas bhi kuch ache options hain, jahan value for money better lagti hai. Is price mein M3M Antalya Hills 3 worth it hai kya? Current market conditions dekhte hue lagta nahi.
Sahi baat hai, builders always overpromise and underdeliver. First-time buyer ke liye toh ye sab dekhna aur bhi mushkil ho jaata hai.
M3M ka track record kuch khaas nahi raha hai past mein, especially with possession delays aur amenities jo promised the woh deliver nahi hue. Mere ek friend ne bhi inke ek project mein invest kiya tha, aur uska experience theek nahi tha. Antalya Hills 3 ka RERA number GGM/844/576/2024/71 DATED 01.07.2024 hai aur possession date 2028-10-01 hai. Itna lamba wait, upar se phir delay ka darr. Is price range (₹1.5 Cr – ₹2.4 Cr) mein aur options dekhne chahiye kya?
2028-10-01 ki possession date hai? Bhai, itne lambe projects mein toh delays pakke hain. Builders ke paas itna buffer hota hai ki woh aaram se extend karte hain. ₹2.4 Cr tak jaa raha hai, itne mein toh ready-to-move options bhi mil sakte hain, thoda research karo.
Haan, RERA number toh officially dated 01.07.2024 hai. Latest hai, but still, 2028 ki possession date bahut door hai.
Totally agree with you! M3M ke delays famous hain. Mera ek relative Badshahpur ke paas ek project mein stuck hai, same builder. Amenities ka toh poocho mat.
Bhai, ye 'world-class amenities' sun sun ke thak gaya hoon. M3M Antalya Hills 3 mein bhi wahi kahani lag rahi hai. Brochure mein toh sab acha dikhta hai, but ground reality kya hai? Kisi ne actual site visit kiya hai? Clubhouse aur gym kitne functional hain, ya bas show ke liye hain?
Site visits bhi misleading ho sakte hain. Woh toh bas sample flat dikhate hain. Mujhe toh ye jaanna hai ki clubhouse weekend pe kitna active rehta hai, ya bas khaali pada rehta hai? Koi specific info hai ispe?
Sahi kaha yaar! Site visits toh must hain, but even then, they show you the best parts. Poora project ka feel nahi milta.
