BTM Layout's traffic is something else, man. Just got possession of my 2BHK near Udupi Sagar a couple months back, and the daily commute struggle is real, especially towards Silk Board. Things nobody told me about the constant honking and dust. Is it just me, or is the infrastructure here really struggling to keep up with the growth? Wondering if I made the right choice, honestly. What's the long-term outlook for BTM residents regarding this? Any hidden gems for avoiding peak hour jams?

Yaar, I wish someone had told me this properly before I booked my flat near Udupi Garden. My builder promised metro connectivity soon and easy access but the ground reality is so different. I moved here last year, and commute to work in Marathahalli takes almost 2 hours one way! My parents keep asking if I'm happy, and honestly,
Bhai, Bangalore mein traffic kahan nahi hai? You bought in BTM, it's a prime location, naturally there will be congestion. Everyone knows this. It's the price you pay for being central and having all amenities nearby. Silk Board is a nightmare for everyone, regardless of where they live. Thoda research pehle karna chahiye tha na?
Totally relatable yaar! I'm in HSR layout, just next to BTM, and the traffic situation is identical. Sometimes I wonder if they designed these roads for bullock carts, not lakhs of cars. Getting to Sarjapur Road for work feels like a cross-country trip everyday. Your post just confirmed my daily frustration, thought it was just me overreacting.
