My Budget Homes concern: hidden costs?
Been watching Gurgaon property for 10 years now, and the 'Budget Homes' corridor still makes me scratch my head. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games, aur kya builders don't tell you. Everyone glorifies 'Budget Homes' for affordability, but nobody talks about the actual hidden costs post-possession. My main concern is the quality of construction and infrastructure. Is it just 'sasta, sundar, tikau' on paper? Ya actual mein after 2-3 years, maintenance issues start popping up? Like, is the promised infrastructure near sectors like 88A, 89, 90 ever going to materialize fully? Are these projects truly value for money long-term, or just a short-term bait? Change my mind if you disagree. Kya hidden risks main miss kar raha hoon?

Yaar, exactly this is my concern! Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh 'Budget Homes' hi ek option lagta hai, but yeh hidden costs ka darr hamesha rehta hai. Builder sales reps toh sab achha dikhate hain, par possession ke baad asliyat pata chalti hai. Kya sach mein itna difference hota hai?
Totally agree U1! Especially in those new sectors near Badshahpur, I hear stories about water and electricity issues post-possession. Bohut scary hai
