₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Manimajra feels high, especially when builders claim 'spot discounts' on top of it. Honestly, I think these 'spot discounts' are just marketing gimmicks. Builders like The Uppal Group, they first inflate prices, then give a 'discount' to make you feel like you're getting a deal. It's not a real saving, na? Mereko toh lagta hai they just play with psychology. Has anyone actually seen a significant price drop with these spot offers? Ya phir, is it better to wait for some price correction? I'm a first-time buyer, not sure what to trust. Change my mind if you think otherwise.

Totally agree with you, bhai! Yeh 'spot discount' wala drama toh pura scam lagta hai. I went to see a project by The Uppal Group near Mullanpur Garibdass, and they quoted a price, then immediately offered a 'limited period' discount. Matlab, pehle hi inflated price rakha hoga na? My friend bought a flat in Zirakpur two years back, and even after 'discounts', he feels he overpaid. Is there any way to know the *real* market value before these builders add their premium? I'm so confused, don't want to make a wrong
