I always underestimated Dwarka's potential, honestly. From my experience, infrastructure projects like UER-II ka impact bahut significant hota hai. But Dwarka mein, especially around Princess Park, the price jump post-metro extension was huge. I've seen some sectors double their value. My calculated risk on a plot near the new expressway paid off well. Kya aapko lagta hai this growth is sustainable, or bas temporary hype hai? Konsi pockets aur benefit kar sakti hain?

I think it's a mix of both sustainable growth and some hype. The infrastructure is definitely a game-changer, but we also need to be realistic about future appreciation. Kya lagta hai, ye growth rate maintain ho payega next 5 saal tak, ya slow down hoga?
The current market conditions in Delhi are very tricky. While Dwarka has seen good appreciation, especially with the IICC (India International Convention and Expo Centre) coming up in Sector 25, the overall market sentiment is still recovering. RERA data shows a slight dip in new launches across Delhi-NCR, but Dwarka properties, especially those near the new infrastructure, are holding strong. Demand for ready-to-move is high.
Hype hai bhai. UER-II ka kaam abhi bhi chal raha hai. Possession dates toh builders hamesha delay karte hain. Be careful.
This is so true! I was looking for a 2BHK in Dwarka 5 years ago, and my dad said it was too far. Now, I regret not listening to my gut. The connectivity has improved drastically. Even areas like Sector 13-14, which felt isolated earlier, are now buzzing. I missed out on a good deal then, don't want to make the same mistake again.

Totally agree! Dwarka mein toh infra development ka game hi alag hai. My friend also bought a plot near UER-II and uski value double ho gayi.
Yaar, double ho gayi toh theek hai, but kitne time mein? Aur Princess Park ke aas paas toh ab prices sky-high hain. Kya ab bhi entry possible hai budget buyers ke liye?
