Honestly, I'm wondering if pre-launch offers are even worth it for investors. Kya real savings hoti hai usme, ya just a way to lock you in early? Next time, I'm thinking of looking at secondary market deals ya fir ready-to-move projects. Has anyone else felt ki builder initial cost kam dikhata hai but baad mein itna inflate ho jata hai?
