Realistically, how much does daily connectivity impact your peace of mind in Chandigarh projects? I just moved into Omaxe Gardenia Floors last month, and while the society vibe is decent, my commute to Sector 17 is proving to be a headache. Palm Grande Exclusive Villas waale mere dost bolte hain unki location better hai. I thought Omaxe ka price per sqft was a good deal, but ab lagta hai petrol aur time mein zyada kharch ho raha hai. Is it just me, or does everyone face this? What's the scene like for Palm Grande residents? Honestly, sometimes I wonder if I should've stretched my budget for better access. Any thoughts on this trade-off?

Totally feel your pain, bhai. Omaxe Gardenia is known for being a bit far out, especially if your daily commute is towards Sector 17. Many budget projects promise good value but then you end up spending that 'saving' on fuel and time. It's a classic trap for first-time buyers like us.
