What's the general sentiment about `null` versus Vamana Group for NRI investment in Chandigarh? I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections. Kya `null` ka RERA compliance track record theek hai? Vamana Group projects mein long-term rental potential kaisa hai? Which builder is better for investors?

Dekho, `null` se toh door hi raho. Clear red flag hai. Vamana group ka track record better hai no doubt. Lekin long-term rental potential sirf builder pe depend nahi karta, location aur future infrastructure development pe bhi karta hai. New Chandigarh ya Saini Majra mein agar Vamana ka project hai toh maybe rental acha mil sakta hai, lekin Mullanpur mein thoda time lag sakta hai. Rental income ke liye invest kar rahe ho toh location sabse pehle dekho.
Yaar, NRI investors ke liye toh aur bhi mushkil hai bina site visit ke. Mera ek dost ne aise hi ek unknown builder mein invest kar diya tha Rasulpur ke paas, sirf online reviews dekh ke. Ab wahan kuch bhi develop nahi hua hai, aur builder ka phone bhi nahi lagta. Pura paisa phas gaya uska. Vamana jaisi established name mein hi jaana chahiye, even if there are minor delays. At least project toh banega.
RERA compliance ka toh main bhi soch raha hoon `null` ke liye. Agar website pe projects hi zero hain, toh RERA registration kaise hoga? Yeh toh red flag hai. Vamana ka RERA status check kiya tha maine, seems fine. Lekin Chandigarh real estate market mein abhi kya sentiments hain overall? Kya abhi invest karna wise hai, ya wait karein?
Market conditions abhi mixed hain. High-end properties mein thoda correction aaya hai, but affordable segments aur plot-based investments like in New Chandigarh, Manimajra mein demand abhi bhi strong hai. Interest rates bhi thode high hain, toh usko factor karna padega.

Vamana Group ke projects kaafi sahi lagte hain. Mere ek cousin ne Mullanpur Garibdass mein unka ek plot liya tha 2 saal pehle, possession time pe mil gaya. Rental potential bhi udhar accha hai because of connectivity to Chandigarh and upcoming developments. NRI ke liye toh aur bhi easy ho jaata hai manage karna, unki documentation aur processes kaafi smooth hain. Long-term appreciation bhi dikh rahi hai us area mein.
