My Chandigarh investment strategy hit a Sector 24C snag.

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Everyone talks about Sector 24C as a 'safe bet' for investment, but honestly, its appreciation potential seems limited to me. I've seen faster ROI in Aerocity ya Mohali ke newer sectors. Resale market mein bhi, established areas mein premium kam milta hai. Is the 3-5 year forecast for 24C really that strong, or am I missing something? Change my mind.
