My Chandigarh upgrade: Are we past peak prices?

Sector 24C — everyone glorifies the appreciation here, but honestly, I think prices are already way too high. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Is there any real price correction in Chandigarh, ya fir sirf hype hai? Resale mein zyada negotiation possible hai kya compared to new projects? Change my mind.
