Is 3BHK investment advice for Gurgaon outdated? I'm seeing 2BHKs in Sectors 65 or Dwarka Expressway at ₹1.4 Cr offer better rental yields than 3BHKs at ₹2.8 Cr. Capital appreciation for smaller units seems more promising with imminent infrastructure completion. Is Gurgaon's market still rising, or are we nearing a plateau? Disagree? Tell me why.
