Possession was in March for my County flat, aur ab thoda investor perspective chahiye. Construction quality ko leke I'm a bit worried. Already walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain, aur bathrooms mein thoda seepage lag raha hai. As an investor, long-term maintenance costs aur resale value ka tension hai. Current maintenance charges toh high lagte hain, but service quality utni nahi mil rahi. Lift maintenance bhi slow hai, aur security guards ka training bhi sahi nahi lag raha. Kya isse mere rental returns ya future resale value pe impact aayega? Jo promises kiye the, like robust construction, woh sab toh ab doubt mein hain. Community se advice chahiye, is it common in Noida? Should I get a professional inspection done soon?

Bhai, County ki problem sunke darr lag raha hai. Maine bhi suna hai unka construction quality pehle se hi thoda shaky raha hai. Hairline cracks aur seepage toh serious issues hain, especially for a new flat. Yeh toh seedha resale value pe impact karega yaar.
