My County investment: Amenities reality check

County project in Noida — yaar, I'm really feeling shortchanged after seeing some ground reality pics. I'm based in Dubai, so can't visit often. Brochure mein toh they showed a sprawling clubhouse aur lush green landscaping. Ab mere property manager ne photos bheje hain, it looks barely used, aur gardens mein maintenance zero hai. Is this common for projects like County? How much does this affect tenant attraction and, ultimately, resale value? I mean, we pay a premium for these amenities, right? Aur agar woh bas showpiece hain, toh kya faayda? Anyone else face this with their Noida investment? What did you do to deal with the builder/RWA?
