Honestly, I'm kinda fed up with how brokers operate here in Noida. Everyone says use them for better deals, but my experience with a couple for Dagar Builders in Sector 128 has been terrible. They just push whatever gives them max commission, not what's genuinely good for me. I'm looking at a 3BHK around ₹1.5 Cr, and they act like negotiation on price or PLC is impossible. My parents keep saying they'll get me a better deal directly, and honestly, I'm starting to agree. Is going direct to the builder always better for transparency and avoiding those weird 'brokerage' hidden charges? I feel like they just complicate things and add zero value. Change my mind, prove me wrong.
