Sector 135 – just moved into my Dasnac flat here a couple of months back. Everyone glorifies negotiation in Noida property deals, but honestly, kitna hi discount milta hai? I thought I could knock off 5-10% easily, but bhai, builders like Dasnac have pretty fixed rates. I pushed hard, got a tiny bit off the PLC and maybe a waiver on a floor rise charge, but nothing substantial on the base price. It felt like a spot discount was just a marketing gimmick. Is it just me, or are people just saying they negotiated big when they didn't? Should I have pushed harder, yaar? Disagree? Tell me why.
