Tenant attraction ke liye good security is non-negotiable. Also, parking allocation. Is it fair and clear, ya phir headache ban jaata hai? I've seen projects jahaan parking lottery system mein big issue ho jaata hai, which impacts resale value. What's your experience with Purva Emerald Bay specifically, ya general Pune projects mein? Site visits pe toh sab sahi dikhta hai, but after possession, true picture pata chalti hai. Kya dekhna chahiye under-construction stage pe to gauge future security and parking issues? Totally agree on security, bhai. Most builders just put up CCTVs for show. Real monitoring is non-existent after handover, especially in projects that target rental income. It's just a marketing bullet point.
