My Deepak Green Residency move-in: What nobody tells you
Deepak Green Residency – just moved in last month, got possession in March. Things nobody told me about the actual daily life here. The apartment itself is fine, but the noise from the highway is more than I expected, especially at night. Finding a good school nearby for my kid is proving tough, the ones close by aren't great. Society vibe is still forming, not super lively yet. Maintenance is around ₹3.5k for my 2BHK. Wondering if others faced similar surprises after moving in? Is the area getting better or is this just how it is?

Oh man, I feel you! Noise is a constant worry for me too. I visited a project near the Expressway last month, and the sound was just... everywhere. Schools are another headache, especially in newer areas. So many builders promise amenities but then delivery ke time sab hawa ho jaata hai. What floor are you on, by the way? Sometimes higher floors are worse for noise.
Which highway are you talking about specifically? Is it the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway?
Haan bhai, noise is real. I'm looking at a place near Ajayabpur and highway noise is a major red flag. It's not just the highway, sometimes even internal society traffic creates a ruckus. Hope it gets better for you.
