Sector 24C — been looking at flats there, kids have moved out so don't need such a big place anymore. We're selling our old house, so we'll have funds for a new compact flat. Builders often give discounts for larger down payments, but construction-linked plans feel safer. Which option is smarter if you have cash from a resale property? Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Hum bhi apna old flat bech rahe hain Mohali mein, aur Sector 24C mein dekh rahe hain ek 2BHK. Builder cash discount toh achha de raha hai, but woh construction-linked payment plan ka option bhi hai. Agar delays hue toh EMI aur rent dono ka double burden ho jayega na? Bahut darr lag raha hai.
