Honestly, I'm finding this whole property search in New Chandigarh super confusing. Brokers Vamana Group ke projects dikha rahe hain, but unka commission aur phir upar se prices... I'm wondering, kya direct builder se baat karne mein better deal mil sakti hai? Matlab, spot discount ya kuch extra negotiation scope? Ya brokers ke paas actual mein better inventory aur hidden offers hoti hain? My parents bolte hain broker ke bina mushkil hai, ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I'm also looking in New Chandigarh, especially near Mullanpur Garibdass, and these brokers from Vamana Group are showing me the same few projects again and again. Lagta hai inka tie-up hai. Mujhe bhi doubt hai ki direct jaake kuch better deal mil sakti hai ya nahi. Parents toh bolte hain broker ke bina deal hi nahi hoti, ab samajh nahi aa raha.
