The actual impact of the Delhi-Meerut Expressway on Ghaziabad prices isn't uniform, I've realized. I'm in a 2BHK in Vasundhara, eyeing a 3BHK or villa. My discovery: while Crossings Republik jumped, Duhai still offers affordable 3BHKs around ₹70-80L. With Hindon Airport and Metro Red Line extension, will Duhai genuinely see the predicted appreciation? Is that price premium justified now? Already have a loan, so really need opinions on smart investment windows here.
